ClariFi Warehouse & Inventory

Know what you have, where it is and what needs replenishing.

Spreadsheets show one balance while shelves show another. Transfers and counts overwrite numbers without a trail.

Who this is for

Retailers and distributors who need warehouse-scoped stock without pretending they bought a full ERP.

How it works

  1. Define items, units and warehouses (and bins where used)
  2. Set opening balances with an auditable movement
  3. Receive, issue, transfer or count stock
  4. Approve adjustments separately from count observations
  5. Use low-stock signals to draft a purchase request when entitled

Verified capabilities

  • Multi-warehouse and storage bin model
  • Append-only stock movements and balances
  • Transfers, counts and approved adjustments
  • Weighted-average valuation snapshots (business-timezone cut-off notes apply)
  • Replenishment suggestions that can convert to a purchase request

Package boundaries

  • Does not replace a full WMS for every industry
  • Manufacturing stock is out of the Commerce available list unless separately verified
  • Commerce and Control already cover this module when entitled

Setup requirements

  • Items, units and at least one warehouse
  • Opening balances with validation (no silent overwrite on import)
  • Roles for receivers, counters and approvers

Integration dependencies

  • POS sales post SALE movements on the server path when POS is used
  • Goods receipts from procurement post PURCHASE movements when items are stocked
  • External imports require preview, validation and deduplication

Demonstration

Labelled sample figures

A labelled warehouse demo: receive 100, sell 20, return 2, transfer 10, record 3 — ending company total 79. Illustrative figures only.

Commercial availability

Quote-first. Standalone monthly price PENDING_APPROVAL. Existing Control access preserved.

What this helps you do

  • Balances change through movements, not silent edits
  • Transfers do not invent extra total stock when configured correctly
  • Connects to POS sales and procurement receipts on the same ledger

Limitations

  • Expiry exposure is receipt-based where implemented; not full lot/serial compliance for every industry
  • Advanced outbound (pick/pack/dispatch) is labelled where still partially verified
  • Standalone list price is quote-first; modular hypotheses are not approved public prices

FAQ

Do I need POS to use Warehouse & Inventory?
No. Warehouse-only entitlements access inventory routes without POS. Commerce and Control include both when entitled.
Is there a published monthly price?
Not yet. Use Request a quote. We do not publish modular catalogue amounts as approved standalone prices.
