ClariFi Point of Sale
Record sales and manage your till with stock that stays honest.
Sales live in one notebook, stock in another, and cash in a third. End-of-day close becomes guesswork.
Find my starting pointWho this is for
Retail and service businesses that need a working till connected to stock and later cash decisions.
How it works
- Create products with prices and tax settings
- Configure a till and open a shift with opening cash
- Record a sale with item, quantity, price and tender
- Stock reduces on completed server checkout when items are stocked
- Close the shift and review variances where supported
Verified capabilities
- Tills, shifts, multi-tender checkout (server path)
- Atomic stock SALE movements with checkout
- Voids and refunds that reference the original sale
- Credit tender can create a sales invoice without a second stock hit
- Guided POS setup wizard for first use
Package boundaries
- POS does not automatically include advanced warehouse bins or full procurement
- Decision Pack purchases do not grant POS software access
Setup requirements
- Workspace account with POS entitlement or Control access
- Products, prices and till configuration
- User permissions for cashiers and supervisors
- Opening cash for the first shift
Integration dependencies
- Optional M-Pesa or other digital tenders require a configured provider
- eTIMS enqueue is configuration-dependent; menu presence is not tax approval
- QuickBooks is import-oriented by default and is not required to record a sale

What this helps you do
- Sale and stock stay on one transactional path when you use the server POS
- Clear receipt status for completed sales
- Feeds later margin and cash decisions when evidence is complete
Limitations
- Offline or browser-only demo selling is not verified for public advertising
- Cashbook and general-ledger posting from POS tenders is not complete yet
- Digital payment confirmation depends on a verified provider or an explicit reconciliation process
- Standalone POS list price is not published; use enquiry or Control membership paths

FAQ
- Does a sale reduce stock?
- On the server POS path, completed checkout posts SALE stock movements in the same transaction for stocked items. Import or sync paths must not decrement twice.
- Can I buy POS as a standalone SKU online today?
- No published self-serve price. Use Find my starting point, request assisted setup, or ask about Control membership. We do not invent standalone prices.
