ClariFi Inventory

Control stock across stores or warehouses with movements you can audit.

Spreadsheets show one balance while shelves show another. Transfers and counts overwrite numbers without a trail.

Find my starting point

Who this is for

Retailers and distributors who need warehouse-scoped stock without pretending they bought a full ERP.

How it works

  1. Define items, units and warehouses (and bins where used)
  2. Set opening balances with an auditable movement
  3. Receive, issue, transfer or count stock
  4. Approve adjustments separately from count observations
  5. Use low-stock signals to draft a purchase request when entitled

Verified capabilities

  • Multi-warehouse and storage bin model
  • Append-only stock movements and balances
  • Transfers, counts and approved adjustments
  • Weighted-average valuation snapshots
  • Replenishment suggestions that can convert to a purchase request

Package boundaries

  • Advanced warehouse depth depends on Warehouse and Inventory or Control entitlement
  • Does not replace a full WMS for every industry

Setup requirements

  • Items, units and at least one warehouse
  • Opening balances with validation
  • Roles for receivers, counters and approvers

Integration dependencies

  • POS sales post SALE movements on the server path
  • Goods receipts from procurement post PURCHASE movements when items are stocked
  • External imports require preview, validation and deduplication

Demonstration

Labelled sample figures

A labelled warehouse demo: opening quantity, a transfer between locations, and a count adjustment awaiting approval. Illustrative figures only.

Commercial availability

Enquiry and assisted setup. Existing Control customers retain entitled access. No invented standalone KES price.

What this helps you do

  • Balances change through movements, not silent edits
  • Transfers do not invent extra total stock when configured correctly
  • Connects to POS sales and procurement receipts on the same ledger

Limitations

  • Lots, serials and expiry are only where already implemented for your workspace
  • Automatic purchasing never runs without an approval rule
  • Standalone inventory list price is not published

FAQ

Is this the same as the public /inventory redirect?
Authenticated inventory work lives under Control Spend warehouse screens. This page explains the product; signed-in users open the operational workspace.
Does low stock auto-buy goods?
No. Low-stock signals can suggest replenishment or a draft purchase request. Purchase still needs your approval rules.
