How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@bizclinic.africa from your account email with subject "Data deletion request".
2. If you connected Meta assets as a ClariFi administrator, you may also use Meta's in-product deletion flow. Meta calls ClariFi's signed callback at /api/integrations/meta/data-deletion, which clears stored Meta connection tokens and records a confirmation code.
3. Ordinary MSME users do not need a Meta account connection for ClariFi diagnostics. Account and business data deletion follows ClariFi's DSAR process under The Business Clinic Limited.

What we delete

Upon verified request we delete or anonymize personal data we control, subject to legal retention (billing, fraud prevention, regulatory obligations). Meta marketing identifiers tied to withdrawn consent are suppressed for future non-essential tracking.
