End User License Agreement

1) License grant

Subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service, BizClinic LLC / ClariFi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ClariFi application for your internal business purposes.

2) Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service; attempt unauthorized access; or use ClariFi in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including Intuit Developer Terms when you connect QuickBooks Online).

3) QuickBooks Online / Intuit

If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize ClariFi to access Intuit APIs on your behalf within the scopes you approve. Intuit is a separate service provider; your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's agreements. ClariFi does not sell QuickBooks data. You may disconnect and request deletion of synced data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4) Intellectual property

ClariFi, its software, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of BizClinic LLC and its licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

5) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. ClariFi is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

6) Termination

You may stop using ClariFi at any time and disconnect third-party integrations. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this EULA or the Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, privacy) survive termination.
