Replenishment and reorder logic
Suggestions use this order: if an inventory planning policy exists for the item (API …/items/[id]/planning), its reorder point drives when stock looks low. Otherwise the item's reorder point is used. If both are empty, min stock on the item acts as the trigger. Max stock, when set, caps how much a suggestion will ask you to order.
